What an exciting day.. Where do I even begin..

Took a bus to LA - that was fun, especially because of the rain. I love taking public transportation.. When I'm driving, biking or walking, I have to plan out when to turn and look up ahead of time what I'm going to see. But when I take the bus, I don't really anticipate what I'm going to see or what I'm going to experience. Even when I'm on the same route, I'm sitting with totally different people on a totally different day. It's like that quote - 'No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.' Today, I met a man named Tony, whose business card is in the middle right, and we were talking about transportation, film, engineering, and traveling, and it was such a great conversation. I know parents teach us not to talk to strangers, but conversations with strangers are the most intriguing, in my opinion.
Just got to say that LA is a truly beautiful place and home to some pretty amazing food. In fact, I'm going to heat up that other half of the panini that I didn't finish and eat it while I'm writing this blog.
